Planning the event from start to finish! We will research and find party ideas that meet your needs, style and budget - such as food, decor, games, activities, etc. We will maintain an ongoing budget through the entire planning process, making sure we are not spending any more than you want to. We even shop for the decor, food and any other party necessities, and set up/take down the decor. Finally, we will be on had to make sure the entire event runs smoothly. Our pricing is based on a mutually agreed upon design, installation/teardown fee and products rented. We make it a priority to work within any budgetary constraints brides, fundraising committees, individuals and organizations may have to achieve a beautifully decorated venue.
Our up-lighting, projection, and pin spotting is rented per fixture. Packages are available, in conjunction with other decor items rented.
Our rentals are for 1 day only whether used or not. Rental prices quoted do not include installation. Installation is 1/3 of rental total. We require 1/2 down to hold date, balance due Two (2) weeks prior to event. 20% damage deposit required, this will be refunded after event.
